All this “Hatch Act” nonsense is just one or both of the following:
There is still and ACTIVE Never-Trump conspiracy out there by Republican elites, crazies and so-called “conservatives-of-conscience” working to undermine Trump’s road to victory in these last days (they won’t stop), and/or
Outcries from Democrats and Media and snakes still trying to minimize Hillary’s part in all this criminality and “attach the messenger” as something “horribly illegal was done” (in obtaining that information the proves their gal is guilty).
It is one or both; what matters is they are one in the same in being against Trump and trying to get Hillary elected in the face of a mountain of evidence.

Everyone needs to be very careful about taking out Comey. Rather than pushing this reopening, I really think he did everything he could to avoid it and is now doing everything he can to control it, but he is at the head of an agency that is near full and open revolt.
If Comey falls, for whatever reason, I believe there are senior agents willing take the evidence directly to the voters, and to hell with their retirement pensions.
This is the FBI we are talking about. Their credibility means a lot to them and Hillary has dirtied them like they have never been dirtied before. They do not like it and they are not in the mood to let her get away with it.
IIRC in his do-nothing appearance before Congress the first time he was to keep them informed of any updates. This either was through his testimony, or by panel requirements.
What he did was updating the Panel and informing them per agreement in my book.
Why didn’t he file it when the FBI ‘cleared’ Hillary? That was interfering
(i) an employee paid from an appropriation for the Executive Office of the President; or
(ii) an employee appointed by the President, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate, whose position is located within the United States, who determines policies to be pursued by the United States in the nationwide administration of Federal laws.

They are already murmuring about unprecedented and laws being violated by the FBI...legal bombshells are not unusual or unprecedented. They did it to Bush and Nixon, Hillary though is on a bigger scale.
I offer the idea that this “bombshell” is not really a bombshell they are trying to make it out to be. It is the last ditch effort to stop the election of Trump by stopping the election due to this false flag crisis. They had those emails for nearly over a month and are dropping them now?
