"csvset" is MOST busy snarling and, er, "spewing" at me on the "private reply." Poor guy. He can't say what he's saying on the public thread and the private reply is all he has.

I've never seen any genetic study having the Sami being related to Hungarians to a large degree. There might be physical resemblances and a Finno-Ugric similarity, but most of the genetic ancestry points to a different background.

Theoria says I am incorrect.

I was taught that Sami are not Nordic per se, but a remnant of a people, maybe Hunnic, that came from the east.

Their language has no known relatives in the area. The closest lingual link is Hungarian.

I have much to learn on this topic, so thanks for the feedback.
