LSU running back Leonard Fournette (7) points to the sky as he runs in a 78-yard touchdown in the third quarter against Mississippi, Saturday, October 22, 2016, at LSU in Baton Rouge, La."
After his record-setting performance against Ole Miss Saturday night, LSU running back Leonard Fournette has turned his attention to Alabama.
In an interview on "SEC Now" Monday, Fournette previewed the much-anticipated matchup between the Tigers (5-2, 3-1) and the Crimson Tide (8-0, 5-0) on Nov. 5.
Its going to be hectic, especially because theyre undefeated, Fournette told host Peter Burns. I just know its going to be one of the best games were going to play as a whole. I want to make sure that as a leader on the team, Im just preparing everybody each and every day.

I doubt that very seriously. IMO, Alabama will go on to win the championship, probably undefeated. And I’m a Tennessee fan.
Probably so, but my team, Auburn, will give them some competition. We’ve already beaten LSU and just finished stomping the Razorbacks 56-3.
War Eagle!
Yup.
I worry about LSU and Auburn and I think Auburn will be the toughest.
Looking across the landscape this year and there is Alabama and then there is everybody else. I can’t remember the last time I saw such a disparity in the top ranks.
It will take a miracle and about 5 turnovers for them to lose...to anybody.
I think LSU has around a 30% chance agianst Alabama.
Auburn seems to be playing much better now and could be the spoiler of Alabama’s next national championship.
My school Troy is doing OK too.
Nope.
Auburn looked real good. Could be another classic Iron Bowl this year.
Hurts is a good running quarterback, but an average passer at best. If you can slow down Bama’s running game they could be vulnerable.
I think Washington is a lot better than people think. I think Michigan can give Bama trouble as well.
There’s another team that is starting to make some noise, and that’s West Virginia. They are the only Big 12 team that actually plays defense.
Alabama has to lose TWICE to miss the big show as I understand it.
Ain’t gonna happen.
In fact, I know he just gave Saben motivation...
Silly corn dogs, enjoy your recent success, but the pain is coming next weekend. Roll Tide.
See what good happens when you get rid of Muschamp?
Maybe not even average. His passing disappoints me every game but, I usually forgive him before the game is over because of his running.
No. Not a fact. It’s a prediction.
