I fear we are very close to a bloody time in this country.

My concern is that key areas that are known to be Republican will have ‘technical problems’ the day of the election with extremely long lines.

Hillary shut down more than half the voting locations during some of the primaries to send Bernie voters scrambling around town trying to figure out where to vote. Something like that is possible.

In my state, the early voting totals aren't reported until Election Day, along with the rest of the votes.

1. Eliminate no-excuse early voting
2. Paper ballots only. Machines can count them but there will always be a paper trail for audit purposes
3. Voter ID required by federal law, not up to the states.

ok here’s what i do.

vote in person on the last day (to make sure you haven’t already voted). vote on a paper record. show an id even if they don’t want it. the id has your address on it. linger a bit and watch what’s going on, the turnout, etc. ask them if there is a poll watcher present.

then wish them all a “brexit day.”

throw away the “i voted sticker.”

In Oregon and Washington it’s all vote by mail....we wait until actual election day to drop our ballots off...

I have surgery scheduled for 11/7. Do you suggest I don’t vote?

The results from every voting location should be posted on the internet the following day. So every election official could confirm the numbers he turned in is correct

I see your reasoning and agree. We shouldn’t make it easy for them. I look forward to voting so I don’t vote until Election Day.

I live in a large majority Republican county but we all should be observant. Dems will find a way to cheat!

I have never trusted my local staffers with not going thrlugh early ballots and deciding to get rid of the, ones they don’t like. No way to protect them from this.

If you are in a concealed carry state and have a permit please remember to use it as your Voter ID. I have a friend who used his last election cycle here in Ky and the liberal poll worker freaked out had a total fear meltdown and even called a couple of helpers before finding out that she had to let him vote. His wife was third in line behind him and got out of line went outside and waited for some other voters that she knew to be concealed permit holders and they all walked in together using there permits. It was intense.

That and the fact they want to
lock votes in before all is laid out. This is working out like a cult, locking people in their choices

I agree.

I don’t like the notion of more hands on the ballots, figuratively with machines or literally with paper. I feel there is more opportunity for loss, changes and as you stated, pre-counting to get their numbers right.
