I have serious doubts that this story is true. The rape did happen, I read of it from multiple sites.

But this is the first I have heard that the Supreme Court dismissed the case in such a ridiculous way, or at all.

I suspect it is fake.

Unbelievable. They ruled it would not be rape if the attacker did not understand that the boy was saying “no”!!
