I have a few cherry tomatoes and a couple of beefsteaks hanging on too. We got no peppers this year, but I still have some that I froze last year for stir fry in vacuum bags, and they are still ok. Also a few packages of dehydrated to use in soups and chili.
I picked a five gallon bucket of peppers last week and made three tomato/pepper casseroles. Cooked all three and froze two. More peppers on still coming.
