It’s was meant to be: Framingham, MA, I believe.
There is however, a Farmington, CT that has one of the state’s largest Red Cross facilities incl emergency radio station.

If you are two meters do a search for the local repeaters used for RACES and ARES. You can listen to the info, but the nets are controlled during emergencies.
