"Individual states will ultimately tell the tale, but right now the presidential race nationally is about as tight as it can be.
Rasmussen Reports latest White House Watch survey finds Hillary Clinton with 42% support among Likely U.S. Voters and Donald Trump with 41%. Libertarian candidate Gary Johnson picks up seven percent (7%), while Green Party nominee Jill Stein again has two percent (2%) of the vote, according to our latest national telephone and online survey. Three percent (3%) like some other candidate, and six percent (6%) are undecided."

They called me last evening.
They were dismissed with Extreme Prejudice.
With the revelations from Wiki I expected this look for Trump to go to a +2 to +5 in the next couple days. Then the 3rd debate will kick in which I expect him to win.
I thought Rasmussen was pretty accurate at one time.
I think you might be part of the “Hidden” Trump vote :)
I would however have proudly declared to them, that I am a proud deplorable.
IBCTACL
The LA Times Day Break Poll (which was one of the more accurate polls in 2012) has him head of Clinton by like 1.
So it's all fluid.
I never answer polls either.
I get the feeling that the slight lead she had with Rasmussen the other day may have reflected the allegations late last week that were basically discredited within 24-48 hours and now her numbers are starting to drop again with his staying solid and/or on the rise.
He was bought out by liberals. When I saw they gave Obama an extra 13% to his approval rating in one day I gave up on him.
The GOP can’t hide anymore. They’ve either got to get a spine and support Trump or die. I think they know that now. Even Ben Sasse said something nice about Trump last night.
I never answer polls either.
With such high rates of identity theft that is a really good idea. I have vented on them and they never called again.
“Rasmussen was horribly off in 2012. Which is why I didn’t do cartwheels when they had Trump ahead.”
Not horribly off. They had Romney up 49-48 in their final poll before the 2012 election. Of course, he lost 51-47.5. This is margin of error stuff, and basically all polls need to be viewed as inexact to varying degrees. I’ve learned that Ras has changed their model somewhat, though.
I remember that too. However, I understand that Scott R sold his polling side.
Well...the GOPe will NOT get behind Trump. I saw in the news today that McCain didn’t know if Trump would be better for the Supreme Court over Hillary. There ya go....
Does not exactly square with the “race is over” media meme, eh?

Let’s wait and see what happens until after the debate. 3 weeks left. There will be immense pressure to unify behind Trump if he has a solid debate, is close in battleground state polls and there are no more bimbo eruptions. Ryan already buckled and started campaigning against Hillary. He didn’t do that at all before he got hammered last week.
Rasmussen sold his company. I don’t even know if it’s the same people doing this poll. Could be some random outfit. Who knows.
I will NEVER accept that 42% of the people in this country would vote for Hillary. Maybe 41% of the people are stupid. But I trying so hard to believe that God will open the eyes of the other 59%. I pray He’ll open 100% of their eyes when they vote.
Now, it may be reported that Hillary wins in a landslide. I will never again believing anything the media tells us. And it’s time the talking heads started feeling some heat. (NSA- That means peaceful protests.)
