Some kind of big Terrier or Wolfhound mix, my guess.
If you follow the links to this other page, the last pic does look a little like that; maybe a very multicultural mutt ;-)

It is just so refreshing to be able to click on a positive, happy ending story on FR! Thanks for posting.
Deerhound, Wolfhound, Lab? whatever mutt.
Such a happy ending!!
:D
Great outcome....thanks for posting a good report like this.
God bless the shelter for stipulating they need to be together and God bless those wonderful people that made this wonderful thing happen.....we sure need a good story right now.......sigh
Haha.
Back in February we went to rescue a Germnan Shepherd. Once we decided to take her they told us about her “sister” a Jack Russell.
Best thing we ever did.
They go together like peas and carrots.
We had the same experience with our two cats - brothers from the same litter, but we’re convinced they’re the result of superfecundation - two fathers. They go together like angel and devil.
Nice story. Dogs don’t forget.
Yep. They also need a big yard or plenty of walks.
Thanks for the new word! Our dogs are siblings from the same litter, and yet one is a terrier/shepherd and the other one is a Great Pyrenees. FROM THE SAME LITTER!
I will now use your word rather than the phrase "mom was a whore".
It actually has happened in humans occasionally. There was a paternity suit over it some time ago.
