I’ll second that. I had a lead acid battery blow up on me. My face was 3 feet away when it blew up. I was lucky.
Was the electrolyte frozen when being charged or dropped or?
That happened to my father a long long time ago. He was lucky too.
I’ve been very lucky I guess.
I’ve done a lot of work on my vehicles over the years and never had a battery explode.
