I say if they bring 1 child into the world it’s Gods gift. If she just can’t take care of the child I say offer her some euros to have her tubes tied. They can always be untied if she gets well. There are a lot of ‘normal’ parents out there who produce screwed up children. Just look at the Ron and Nancy.
