This really doesn’t mean a thing, other than her technophobia.
She did this a lot, for anything more than a certain length. Apparently, she preferred to read them on a printed page.

Well I don’t blame her for wanting the printed page, I too hate to read articles on my phone. Why she can’t do something as simple a print out an article is another issue, though. SHe really is a moron.

This is the sort of thing that CNN or NBC or any other of the elite/old media organizations do not want voters to find out about on a widespread scale as it gives the real and disturbing story on what is happening to the Dems (as opposed to the Republicans). Hillary’s blaming of Obama for “flubbing” is an example of the long standing split between the Clintons and Obamas that really has the Dems in that sort of very serious trouble.
