This may not be a great answer, but I don't see any value in offering a response. Based on experience, you'll just end up falling into a rabbit hole of back-and-forth comments and nothing will be accomplished.
Just unfriend. That's what I do.

Second that. UNFRIEND - you cannot win the argument.

There’s a great movie out entitled Child 44.

There was a fellow murdering young boys in the old Soviet Union.

The official Soviet position was that there could be no murder in the Soviet Union because it was paradise. Murder only happened in capitalist nations.

Interesting movie and it stars Tom Hardy.

Grayboots - recommend you just repost Rose of Sharon’s #19 to FaceBook.

DC career politicians have completely lost touch with Americans. We exist for these frauds to fleece at their will, Clinton is a perfect time-proven example.

The current issues are symptoms of the problem, not the problem itself. The left is looking only at the issues, not the problem.

The problem is that our government has already deteriorated into an oligarchy and that is the key message. “Taking our country back” and “making America great again” are both taglines for restoring self-government as established by our Constitution.

The following article about a 2014 study by Princeton University Prof Martin Gilens and Northwestern University Prof Benjamin I Page, provides the exact type of “scholarly” documentation supporting the principle:

http://www.bbc.com/news/blogs-echochambers-27074746

The person who made the original post, like the authors themselves of that post, consider themselves part of the ruling oligarchy and cannot understand why we are not happily submitting to their will. It is they, not us, who don’t know what they don’t know, and impose their observational limitations upon us in their assessment.

Perhaps this information will provide that missing information.

Call it “Psychobabble” because that is exactly what it is. Do not engage it further than that.

I have a similar Facebook friend who has been blasting anti-Trump propaganda shared from the kook fringe for a month or more. I finally just changed my status with the person to “ignore posts, but stay friends”. I MAY rescind the block in a month or two, once this election is over... or not.

The more psycho-babble the leftists throw at you the less concrete arguments they have.

I would simple say: I am not a psychiatrist but it seems to me that a man who engages in hyperbole is a much better choice than someone who has a 50 year track record of corruption, immortality, bad judgement and chooses a documented sexual pervert as a life partner.

This thirty year clinical psychologist suggests that you simply send your former friend the quote from yesterday’s Wikileaks about Hillary’s campaign needing the people to remain “unaware and compliant” so that they can win, and that they’re afraid the sheeple are no longer compliant - then say goodbye and don’t look back.....

If Azarian were a psychologist or a licensed psychologist, he could lose his license for speculating about the mental health of someone. It is only because he is an academic that he is “free” to speculate.

Surveys indicate that, outside of business, economics, engineering, and medicine, university professors are overwhelmingly leftwing. There probably are more communists in departments of psychology than there are Republicans. This means that professors from the liberal arts and humanities have no peer pressure to be fair with people from the right. They and other elitists actually do think the majority of Trump’s supporters are deplorable and irredeemable.

When they get power, they will indoctrinate our children, and when they get enough power they will attempt to re-educate us as well. This is the future of America, as we now stand.

One way to characterize Donald Trump is that is a Type A personality (as opposed to a Type B). He is an ambitious, rigidly organized, highly status-conscious, sensitive, impatient, anxious, proactive, and concerned with time management. People with Type A personalities are often high-achieving “workaholics.” They push themselves with deadlines, and hate both delays and ambivalence. (I’m taking his directly from Wikipedia.) This is only a profile and hardly anybody exactly mimics all the traits. That he is 70 years old and hasn’t killed or raped anybody is proof enough that he isn’t deranged. He does seem to take offense, but I notice that this is usually when he feels betrayed. This is his temperament problem.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Type_A_and_Type_B_personality_theory

A more complex “dichotomy” or classification combines is the Myers-Briggs system.

Trump seems a doer rather than a thinker
Intuitive (sees the big picture) rather than sensor (memorize a speech)
A Thinker (tells it like it is) rather than a Feeler (not hurt anybody’s feelings)
Judger (does things in an organized way) versus Perceiver (does things spontaneously)

http://www.personalitypage.com/four-prefs.html

In the Myers-Briggs shorthand, he’s a EITJ. These people are “natural-born leaders.”

https://www.16personalities.com/entj-personality

“ENTJs are characterized by an often ruthless level of rationality, using their drive, determination and sharp minds to achieve whatever end they’ve set for themselves. Perhaps it is best that they make up only three percent of the population, lest they overwhelm the more timid and sensitive personality types that make up much of the rest of the world – but we have ENTJs to thank for many of the businesses and institutions we take for granted every day.”

Hey, am I right or am I right?

Exactly! One technique of Satan is to distract Christians into wasting all their precious time and energy in responding to his lies and nonsense. Remember, Satan is the accuser of the brethren. And the unproductive dialogue becomes *endless*. Don't waste your time or words.

Now, if someone is being reasonable and rational, then you can converse with them, if you so choose. Otherwise, cut off any communication pronto and run.

Hypersensitivity to Threat Science has unequivocally shown that the conservative brain has an exaggerated fear response when faced with stimuli that may be perceived as threatening.

He has a point there. After eight years of massive destruction, where our fundamental, God-given Constitutional rights have been seriously eroded by a communist druggie, and our kids have been saddled with an extra $9T in debt for nothing, we respond with fear as we face the threat of an even worse tyrant.
