Sounds like Reince forced Ryan into that appearance with Trump. I’m not sure he’s directly involved in this. Yet and Mitt Romneycare are more likely, IMO. They’ve got the motive and the underemployed staff to pull it off.

Ryan was in on it from the start, not Preibus. Jerry Falwell, Jr, whom I believe to be trustworthy, said it was not the RNC or GOP, but elites. Guessing: Ryan, Romney, McCain, etc., look at those who turned their backs on Trump first.
Betcha Glenn Beck got a heads up, too. He sure has been acting squirrelly. Some of those people may have been threatened.
