Anybody Watching Designated Survivor?

Well, not anymore. Halfway through the second show the liberal dung got way to deep and I took it off the watch list.

The producer should die from a horrible disease, you know, like socialism.

Which for all anybody knew, could have been next to blow up. Stupid.

I think they said up front that it “has all the idealism of West Wing.” That should’ve been all we need to know.

We quit watching half way through the second episode when we saw that Hollywood was unable to drop their liberal agenda.

I don’t owe them my time, plus the show was already having predictable story lines. When I can predict what comes next on a show, it is time to move on.

I’m watching it too and enjoying it except for last week’s absurd Michigan story. I’m fascinated because I can’t figure out what anyone’s agenda is. We don’t know what Aaron is up to. Dumb move President Kirkman making him your Chief of Staff!
I’m also interested in what is up with the Congressman that survived the attack.

I don’t think the Congresswoman is bad. She’s fierce and bluntly honest. At least I hope they don’t make her bad.

Well, they briefly discussed Designated Survivor on The Five today. Bolling said he really enjoyed it. I wonder if he saw the second episode and the previews of next week???

...the first show, where nearly everyone in the Fed Government was blown up at the State of the Union address...a good beginning....

A little late to this thread but I just watched episode 4 and am completely done with this show.

Highlights, or should I say low-lights of E4:

—Muslim guy gets Press Secretary job because we are all Islamaphobic, even though he admits he has no experience
— First Lady is an immigration attorney who uses her influence to stop a deportation and reunite a family with kids and mother all crying
—President tries to nationalize the national guard in Michigan, when both the governor and guard refuses he lies to get the governor to come to DC and arrests him for treason “to make an example” of the Muslim hating governor (who hurt no one)
—the general gets fired
— It ends with the finger being pointed squarely at the only surviving congressman that was in the capital who left his seat right before the explosion

24 this is not. This had so much potential...

Thanks for the info. I watched 2 episodes and saw where the storyline was going. Just another manipulative TV show, thanks to the hard core Leftists in Hollywierd. Nope, not going to give this show my time anymore.
