Jollibee is like a cross between McDonald's and KFC with a side of spaghetti.
If people wait in lines for eight hours to eat here, when do they get to work?
San Diego would be a perfect place.
Oh, is there food left under the heat lamp for 3 hours before being served also?
They don’t.
Hamburgers, spaghetti, chicken and halo-halo iced desert’s pretty much covers your four basic food groups.
I have gone to Jollibees in Vallejo, and never waited more than a few minutes. In Manila and Davao City, it's been 30 to 45 minutes. There are a ton of McDonald's in the Philippines too, and they are always busy. The Filipinos like Jollibees, but they like McDonald's too.
Look at the folks in line ... about 5 or 6 back ... Bill Clinton...check it out
There are a lot of Jollibee restaurants here in the SF Bay Area. Much, much better eating than McDonalds. Then again, I stopped going to McDonalds years ago when their food quality went downhill and their portions got small. Jollibee has tasty offerings.
I’ve eaten at the Jollibees.
It’s more like everything is a side to a serving of spaghetti. It’s very plain and they would have to make it more appealing to make it in the US or Canada.
I like halo-halo.
Pineapple on a burger? OK, might be great. But a Spam slider?
http://voidlive.com/the-buzz-about-jollibee/
“Other items include a cheeseburger with a pineapple slice called an amazing aloha, rice noodles with garlic sauce called fiesta noodles, spaghetti and sliders with Spam, corned beef or crunchy chicken.”
Jollibee have 1 location in Jersey City at end of Danforth / start of West Side Ave. ( not in Downtown, Journal Square or heights)
Work? When the Feds do direct deposit?
You cray?
Is balut on the menu?
I was afraid I’d see “black dog adobo” on the menu.
I don’t care how good it is, I will never go to a restaurant where I need to pack a lunch for when I’m waiting in line.
Just gettin’ his Jollies on.
McDonalds in the Philippines serves spaghetti and fried chicken ... burgers are not their big seller there. Jollibee has good food but typical Filipino ,, sweet sauces including banana catsup on burgers,, their prices undercut McD’s in the Philippines and they have decent breakfasts.
