What would you really think if you saw some whiny brat kid, male or female, having a temper tantrum "bad day" and a cop came by and lay down on the ground next to him?
A "bad day"?? The boy's behavior was validated when an adult police office lay down on the ground next to him. The boy learned something that day, that there will be a POLICE OFFICER to make him feel better whenever he had one of his temper tantrums "bad days."

Lol. Maybe the urban police departments might start training their big, bad cops to do that.
