How does a lame duck loser like Obama, get to throw away US oversight of the internet, three months before he is out of here? Do we even have a congress? Doesn't it matter that something Americqn made and of such strategic and economic importance is now basically put under the oversight of possible enemies? Is this more of his "You didn't build that..." BS????

No, we do not have a Congress. If we did, Obama would have been gone way before now along with much damage to our country he has deliberately done.
