I hate when I try to cheer up a black bear that is down, and it attacks me.
Wow! First thing I thought of was an old FACES OF DEATH video in which a bear attacks a ranger and tears his arm off.
Waiting for the democrats nominee to make that sound ......

Anyone recall the three Canadian teenage boys, CAF dependents who
did not come home from fishing back in the 70s? All three were klled by a black bear. IIRC, that was in Ontario.
An NYC Jewish family was at a cabin in upstate New York and a black bear
snatched an infant an carried it off and ate the baby.
