Sure she will. She and Bill can channel billions through their “charity” and bring in the U.N. to help. They can defecate in the water and spread cholera there just like they did in Haiti. They can then use the residents as human guinea pigs to test the latest version of their cholera vaccine. And with a 60% success rate they can kill off enough residents, especially the children and elderly, to reduce the need for so much water. Crisis solved.
