Things that make you go "WTF!"

TRUMP IS RIGHT. We need to throw these bastards into our MILITARY court system and handle them as 'ENEMY COMBATANTS'. ISIS calls these terrorists "SOLDIERS of Allah" so LET'S TREAT THEM LIKE ONE.

Did he make bail? If so, follow the money. If not, it’s high enough to do the job.

But, it’s a good question as to why ANY bail limit, however impossible or unlikely to be met, was set at all.

I agree with you wholeheartedly.

On another note Trump would benefit by using the word

“criteria”. It would help him a lot.

Take your pick:
1. Islamophobic
2. Deplorable
3. Racist
4. All of the above

President Baraq Hasan Obama wants Hasans,
many Hasans, many terrorists, many murderers,
many rapists, and guess what?
the GOP, led by Ryan agreed. And funded it.
And now American children will die.
Over and over and over.

Thank you, FBI for helping terrorists AGAIN.

The Bundy’s denied bail and held for months on what amounts to criminal trespass and vandalism. What’s wrong with this picture?

That is just for shooting at the cops. I am sure he won’t get out before additional charges are made.

My question who made his bail?

These losers don’t usually have half a million dollars just sitting around.

Bail is a right and it’s usually based on the crime. The “local” crimes are attempted murder. He hasn’t been charged with Federal crimes yet. Those are the ones that have teeth.

He isn’t getting out of jail any time soon.

He was nooked and charged with attempted murde of a policeman. This was a state charge. The idea is to hold him till the Feebs build a federal case of terrorism by ecplosive device. this is no big deal to get rattled over.

Denying bail creates a kerfuffle, people feel a person’s rights are being denied. Setting a really high bail functionally denies bail without actually denying bail. Let’s face it, no bondsman is putting 4.5 million buck. And if somebody actually puts down the whole amount we now have a terrorist cell to investigate.

No Surprise. He isn’t charged with a capital crime or terrorism yet.

$5.2m is plenty plus he has travel restrictions and has probably given up his passport.

Just my search came up with this page:

http://www.judiciary.state.nj.us/rules/r7-4.html

(a) Persons Entitled; Criteria. Every defendant shall have a right to bail before conviction on such terms as, in the judgment of the court, will insure the defendant’s presence when required, having regard for the defendant’s background, residence, employment and family status and, particularly, the general policy against unnecessary sureties and detention. In its discretion, the court may order defendant’s release on defendant’s own recognizance and may impose terms or conditions appropriate to such release.
