The photo is a spoof of the opening scene and number of the movie, Xamadu. (The opening song was I”m Alive by Jeff Lynne and the original ELO.)
Xanadu was a fantasy/musical that went nowhere, was all great sound and no substance. The original lead actor, Michael Beck, suffered significant career damage, some say.
In all, it is an interesting metaphor for Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign.
