She's not faking. But in the spirit of "never let a good crisis go to waste," I think the pneumonia diagnosis, which I don't believe given her history, is a perfect cover for whatever more serious chronic illness she has.

Pneumonia can be cured, but perhaps not fast enough for her to be in the debates, which gives her a good excuse to miss them, without it reflecting on her general health issues.

I have been saying for a long time that I think she will drop out for health reasons (that's the lie she will tell) I don't believe a word of this pneumonia story. It's the email and stuff about to come out that is causing her to fake her coughing fits and now this. She has never told the truth before and she's not going to start now. Pneumonia can be really bad and you can't get out and do the things she's been doing. Too bad for all of her handlers and people she has been shaking hands with. Hoping it's not contagious.
