Actually, I re-examined the video and it was her. No ones voice is that annoying but hers.
It was a creepy episode to spoil the day of remembrance, though. :(

Well, there are certainly things that don’t add up, but it’s hard to think that there are two people in this world that are that annoying when they open their mouths! LOL!
