Pneumonia is not a bacterium or virus though it can be caused by either. Pneumonia is the filling of the lungs with water and may be caused by breakdown of the body or other causes not related to pathogens.

That’s what I’m saying! She was very close, face to face, speaking with that little girl who ran up to her in front of Chelsea’s building. If she had pneumonia, she wouldn’t have done that, and her doctor would have announced she had it and she wouldn’t have been out in public.

Pneumonia is a condition, not a disease.
That was my first thought. Having lungs full of fluid doesn't tell how that condition happened.
For example soldiers in WWI exposed to mustard gas often died of chemically caused pneumonia. Congestive heart failure can cause pneumonia symptoms with fluid pooling in the lungs.

Why does her throat skin change so often?
There are some photos where it looks like it’s bloated, other times, it’s shriveled-wrinkly.
Also, it’s just weird seeing hill all by herself without her entourage... especially after today’s episode. She must have faked the fainting... or she indeed has a double.
