Pollen typically is a problem in SPRING!

Not fall.

Not to cut Hillary any slack, but allergies are very bad in this area (lower southeast Michigan and Northwest Ohio) and yes, it is pollen. Ragweed mostly.

Maybe they were thinking about mold, which comes to mind when moldy PIAPS / Baroness Harkonnen is concerned?

Uh, ragweed sensitivity is by far the most common allergy. Definitely a fall occurrence.

Pollen is high in the spring you are right, I wouldn’t expect the “medical experts” at NBC to know that. It is possible however to have late summer/early fall allergies. That is actually when my allergies are the worst. It is the fault of the late blooming flowers and the grasses. I do wonder though why she isn’t on allergy medications. There are several non-drowsy over the counter varieties that work well.

That’s grass and tree pollen (especially pines) in the spring.

Right now it’s goldenrod and ragweed.

BUT: one tiny Clariton or generic substitute (cheap and ubiquitous)and we’re both fine for 24 hours.

BUT: certain meds for high blood pressure and maybe others make antihistamines a bad choice. There is, IIRC, one OTC brand you can take with HBP meds. Probably several expensive ones by script.

Ragweed, golden rod. But it’s early for that.

Disagree I have real pollen problems in the fall. Her allergy is mental, though.
