It is. But on the other hand, I guess it’s legal free enterprise. (If it’s not legal, it should be.) When I was at The Salvation Army store on half-price day last week, there were women there who were obviously pros: they were choosing clothes for resale based on the label and condition, rather than trying to find things for themselves. Legal free enterprise.
