About ten years after Homeland Security got created.....there came this audit to an agency with about 350 HS members in the DC area. The guy doing the credit card and vehicle inventory sat there in a bit of a shock...they had something like 300 cars in their inventory.

So he’s asking questions. It turns out that as they were created and new people started to show up....they wanted “company cars”. Mind you....this is a law enforcement type organization but has no real function in the DC area. They would be the crowd who would get called and sent to NY, or Philly, or Atlanta for some big emergency.

So the audit guy asked....if this was an emergency in Phoenix or Seattle....none of these guys would be driving across the country....individually....in their company cars? Oh...and the head guy of this agency started to grasp that this was pretty screwed up.

They were paying around a thousand a month for each vehicle on some lease deal....with gas credit cards included, and these HS guys were driving homme each night with the leased government vehicle. Huge amount of waste.

They couldn’t just turn these in now....without paying some extra fee. So in the end...they shipped around 90-percent of these cars around the DC area to other agencies with an actual need for a vehicle, and let each lease dissolve when the time came up for renewal. You can figure out the waste....with each vehicle and fuel costs....into the millions by one single small HS agency in DC.

I agree. But I held several clearances in my career. Had I done even a tiny amount of what she did daily, I would be in prison. People died because of her. The Navy just sent a sailor to prison for a year for taking a selfie in front of a screen that was turned on. This is like giving a pass on multiple murders but executing somebody for jaywalking. Either we are a nation of laws or we are all Somalia. He voted for Somalia.

As Secretary Clinton ironically said, “We have two standards. We have the standard for everybody else and then we have the standard for a Clinton.” She meant it a bit differently but it works exactly as stated.

Equally damning is the picture that the FBI's report paints of Clinton's confessedly oblivious service as secretary of state.

The position of SoS was a front, which allowed Hillary to travel around the world and shake down foreign donors.

Because the people in Benghazi didn't have millions of dollars to contribute to the Clinton Foundation, they were abandoned to die.

WHY THE FBI DIDN’T OPT FOR PROSECUTION OF HILLARY
Agents at the FBI are livid that FBI Director Comey did what he did.
They are claiming there was more than sufficient evidence to bring
several indictments against Hillary Clinton. It wasn’t a slam dunk
case, but it had more than a good probability of a conviction for
Hillary Clinton.
Attorney General Loretta Lynch and president Obama made it clear to
Comey that if he pressed for an indictment, he would be taking the
Democrat nominee for president out of the election. If he failed to
get a conviction he would be facing charges of tampering with and
changing the outcome of a federal election, to which he would be
facing time in prison, and Obama and Lynch, as well as others, would
see to it that he did. So now you know why he presented his case the
way he did and why it was so obvious he was reluctant to not press for
an indictment. Also, Hillary’s statement to the FBI was intentionally
given without a court reporter present or without any recording of her
testimony to prevent her from having any further exposure to legal
charges like perjury. If she lied to Congress, they have no written
FBI deposition to confront her with. This was set up to let Hillary
walk without fear of being charged with giving False Testimony or
being charged with Obstruction of Justice.
This is what those in the “legalese world” call a “Straw Man” legal
charge. (It is a charge designed to make someone appear innocent of
the charges!) EXAMPLE: Bill beats up Shirley at their home. Bill is
arrested for “Felony Spousal Abuse”. Bill’s lawyer gets the charges
dismissed because Bill is not married to Shirley! (They are only “live
in boyfriend and girlfriend”.) Bill walks out of court totally
exonerated of the charges thanks to a technicality! The twist in the
case is the arresting officer knew all along Bill was not married to
Shirley because the officer and Bill are old fraternity brothers. The
officer intentionally charged Bill with something he knew would not
stick. Bill would easily have been convicted of Assault and Battery,
but he was not charged with that! This is what is known as the “STRAW
MAN” charge. It is how you make a guilty person appear innocent. This
is exactly what was done with the Hillary Clinton case!
If she had been charged with “Destruction of Government Documents”,
she would have easily been convicted, because she admitted to doing
it!Instead, she was charged with “Mishandling Classified Documents”
which has wiggle room for reasonable doubt regarding Criminal Intent!

the chain...what if the exchange is with Obama...it is not a stretch
to think the Sec of State would be in email contact with POTUS
(PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES)....
Let’s just say...Bill went to Loretta and said shut this down...or
else if Hillary is charged she will tell under oath that some of the
emails were with the President...so he is also guilty of a
felony...THAT is IMPEACHABLE...the Republicans would go for it...the
Democrats would yell racism and the country erupts in
violence......Lynch tells Comey...you better watch it or you could be
to blame for violence tearing this country part...what is he to
do???...So Comey takes 20 minutes spelling out everything bad Hillary
did....just like a trial in public.....then stops short to prevent any
unrest......”
PS FBI agents had found that 110 emails in 52 email chains contained
information that should have been marked and treated as classified
when it was sent on Clinton’s personal server, including eight
chains containing information that was top secret, the highest level
of classification.
PSS I’ve researched this information as best as I could and deleted
things that I found to be false or very doubtful. If you find and
quotable confirmations of specific key points, please send them to me.
HERE’S A SUMMARY OF WHAT I BELIEVE HAPPENED.
In an un-rigged system the FBI presents all the evidence to a
prosecutor and then the prosecutor decides whether or not to take the
case to a grand jury.
The powers to be knew that the FBI Director James Comey would present
evidence that suggests wrong doing. So former president Bill Clinton
and Attorney General Loretta Lynch plan their tarmac meeting with the
intent to be seen so the public will accuse them of being in cahoots.
She then absolves them of conspiracy by declaring the she would just
go with whatever the FBI says.
So all they have to do is pressure the FBI Director to play along and
make a do not prosecute recommendation. This gets everyone involved
off the hookIF

Just a thought..

As much as I would have preferred Comey recommending charges to the DOJ; if he had, I doubt this release of the interview notes would have been allowed if he had asked for charges. The DOJ would have slow-rolled their investigation well beyond the election, IMO. By not recommending charges, he was free to release this info and perhaps open up a few eyes of people on the fence when it comes to the election.
