Was it painted black? If it was painted black then it was an Assault Tater (as opposed to salted taters, which are quite delicious).
I should hope not!
As you may well know, the use of a black weapon will bring an automatic upgrade in the charges!
Plus it would become a hate crime if the perpetrator is caucasian.
