Throwing out a first pitch before a baseball game can be a harrowing experience. And let’s face it, the risks far outweigh the rewards. A great first pitch is met with either indifference, or a smattering of applause from the fans. A bad first pitch will be mocked forever. Somebody's still traumatized by Obama's first "pitch." Face it, he's just not a pitcher.
