Well...all over the news today is Hillary’s new meme calling anyone who opposes progressive views the “Alt Right”....packaging all the most hateful terms into one title “the Alt-Right”....ie racist, sexist, everything-else-ist....with which to tar Trump and his supporters.
It is a very effective meme.
So my counter is that we re-name her term and use it to advantage....
Actually, it is kind of funny...like Trump’s NY accent, dropping H’s (eg yuge)....we can merely state that Hillary forgot to use the proper pronunciation.

I don’t know enough about the whole “alt right” thing yet to comment on it.
After a few learned and wise commentaries on this new animal, maybe we can state our positions. It’s true enough that Trump isn’t a “classic” conservative and it’s equally true that Patriots need a place to gather that doesn’t fall under the GOPe (read: Uniparty) banner.
Of course, if Hillary threw out “alt right” as an insult, that should be enough to justify a longer look at it.
If Hillary calls you an enemy you know you’re on the right side. Proud to be called an Alt Right by an Über Leftist.

When Janet He/She Napolitano proclaimed years ago that the biggest threat to the homeland was right-wing extremists, including returning veterans, I proudly admitted that I was an approved, right-wing extremist. Even got a card from the Liberty Counsel proclaiming me as such.
I have for years judged my position on issues and people with a not-so-formalized experiment with the media and politicians.
If the leading politicians and the Leftist media are on-board with something, then I know the opposite position or point of view is the acceptable one for me.
My rule: If everybody else is doing it, don't. If everybody else is saying it, say the opposite. It's worked just fine for my moral compass for years because the opposition doesn't even have a moral compass.
Vote for Trump/Pence 2016 and Make America Great Again.

Your take on life and its rules reminds of George C, Jerry’s friend. Do the opposite of what you’ve always done. This certainly changed his life around.
