Inmates are running the Asylums
Noting that prisoners are entitled to basic healthcare needs imo, patriots are reminded that the only sex-related right that the states have amended the Constitution to expressly protect deals with voting rights as evidenced by the 19th Amendment.
But since the constitutionally unprotected, politically correct LGBT rights that the prisoner is complaining about are clearly outside the scope of voting rights, the state is not abridging any constitutionally enumerated rights which the states prohibited themselves from doing as evidenced by Section 1 of the 14th Amendment.
So inject him with some hormone from a Jersey cow and then he will be a productive addition to society.

I guessed that it was possibly sarcasm, but decided that a little clarification wouldnt hurt.
I dont know WHAT you said regarding the constitution as it applies to prison :)
