After I posted the comment I took some time to review recent press photos of Hillary and realized that the video and still photo were both of Mrs. Clinton. I think the difference is related to perspective.
Also I think the odd position of Hillary’s hand in the still photo is from stopping a video in mid-motion. There is no such thing as an invisible cane! :-)

However, another thing to consider is that Hillary might have a secret service double. That could reasonably explain the “thinner” Hillary. I’m not a fan of Mrs. Clinton but hoaxes just detract from the more important policy issues we need to be discussing.
I didn’t think about a SS double as a decoy. No one else could imitate that voice during a speech, but I could see them having a decoy come off of the plane briskly, with the camera at a distance so you couldn’t tell. Uh oh, am doing it again. Must stop...

Agreed. Pulling out a still from a video doesn't really show anything. I've noticed that when changing channels on the latest TVs the channel you're leaving stop moving before the electronics presents the new channel signal. Quite often faces momentarily frozen like this display bizarre/odd expressions that bear no relation to what's actually happening.
