There is a video showing her from her left. In that video she is arriving in Martha’s Vineyard. The video I’m referencing is the one where she arrives in Nantucket and shows her from her right. That video cannot be found.
I watched the video, and not seeing what the OP states.
What I did see is she looks to be wearing bulky body armor, including ballistic plates. I have seen other pics of her in public, and a heavy bulletproof vest is obvious under her trenchcoat.
She has injected herself in the muzzie wars, and that is what has her worried. The suni/shia conflict has no borders.
Look at the last scene where she is getting into the vehicle, the SS agent is shielding her, not helping her or assisting her.
She is scared.

The posterior to leg ratio is off. You can tell she's padded under that coat. To hide what, I have no idea....

I just read Stalin’s Secret Agents by M. Stanton Evans. Yes, FDR’s mental capacity was severely limited in the last couple of years & it meant that people like Alger Hiss & other of his aides were able to do what they wanted - give Stalin more power. It likely led to the decision to essentially give Eastern Europe to the Soviets.
The presidency is taxing on even the healthiest of individuals. Look how W aged, & even a very young Barack Obama, while in office. Any indication of mental or physical incapacity should be an automatic flag against a candidate.

It's the "until the last couple of years" part that is the problem. The American people have a right to know if their president is going to be up to the job. It is clear that he was not. The press is not supposed to be guardians of the political class, contrary to what they've actually been doing for the past hundred years.
When people tell me how difficult it is to keep secrets amongst large numbers of people, I simply point to the fact that noone but but the political class and their media sycophants had any idea our president was in a wheelchair.
The 20 mile trip the other day was over water. It can only be made by boat or plane. Only Ted Kennedy would attempt the trip by car.

In the photos, looks like Hillary is squinting because of the sun, not wincing in pain. Some people open their mouths when they squint in reaction to blinding sunlight.
Raising her arm and hand as she steps onto the tarmac is strange. Probably a habit because she usually has handlers there.

Ben Stein said Hillary looks like his mother who has lupus. Could be, would explain the photosensitivity, covering up head to foot and avoiding the sun. Also might explain the weight as Stein said his mom was on steroids for lupus.
Look for blue fingers or a butterfly marking on her face.

Reply to myself! I think my tin foil hat was slipping. If you look at other press photos of the incident. It is Hillary in both. What someone did in the still photo was stop the video in mid motion to give the appearance she is leaning on something.
I think there are genuine questions about Hillary’s health, but doing this type of thing isn’t helpful to the Republicans.

If you look at my second post, I found a press photo that shows it is Mrs. Clinton in both incidents. What someone did was stop the video mid-motion so as to give the impression Hillary is leaning on something.

You must be talking about the muzzie brotherhood/arab spring/Benghazi/Caliphate all over north africa and metastasizing all over Europe and the rest of the world through Turkey stuff, right?
And in either case, (testing myself here, it's a little confusing), taking sides with the Shia over the Sunni?
