It was jaw dropping foolish. I think we understood at the time that it was a colossally self inflicted wound. The repercussions at FOX in general continue.
I remember the interview Howard Kurtz had with Bret Baier and Chris Wallace where they both told him that they backed her 100%. I didn't have a lot of respect for Wallace anyway, but my respect for both Baier and Kurtz vanished.
