The Mexicans are smuggling in two kind of heroin, the street heroin and the super addictive and super fatal black tar heroin. Both groups are lobbying for open borders and special treatment for illegal aliens.

Exactly. Not just in West Virginia but in at least 17 other states, black tar heroin dealers, all illegals from Mexico, have established themselves. Black tar heroin in much more dangerous than the brown cartel heroin.

They go into communities that have not have a heroin problem and recruit outside schools and other places. black tar heroin is extremely addictive, maybe like no other drug. One odd trait: these dealers are under orders to sell only to whites, not to non-whites.
