Police said the driver of that vehicle fired shots at the church van, which was stopped at a traffic light. Two people in the van were taken to a hospital, with one in critical condition and the other in serious but stable condition. One was released.
Also, two comfort dogs, which provide assistance to people, were injured, Glaskey told the newspaper. One was released, and one was still getting medical care Saturday afternoon.
