This year, Costas is all about identify politics, focusing on the number of Muslims,women Muslims, women, black women, brown women. Every time I’ve walked by a TV set with the Olympics, Costas is blathering on about the RECORD number of female athletes for the U.S., a none too subtle hint that we ALSO need a female President.
