A very good meditation on that by Msgr. Pope was posted here a few weeks ago.
After a lifetime of extreme wickedness, it seems unlikely that she will be able to pull off a genuine last-minute change of heart.

I don’t know if you’re sincere, or if that is some sort of sarcasm, but if it’s sincere, that is some really, really bad theology.
