So the election season/campaigns are “in the final stages?” Must be a new kind of calendar — used to be that campaigns were only stretching and warming up in August with the “sh*t gettin’ real” after Labor Day.
Most Americans pay scant attention to elections until after Labor Day. Kids back in school. Vacations over. Gotta settle down and pay off credit card charges from summer fun. And, oh, we have and election coming up in a couple months!
