The commercials were actually better than the ceremony.

I watched the latter part of it on a stream without commercials or commentaries, but many of those who watched it on NBC complained about the massive number of commercials.

Neck Remote Unit #2 was visiting and all excited to watch. Mrs Neck joined her. I didn’t; I went to bed and read. They lasted about a 1/2 hour.

This AM I was regaled with endless jokes from the innertubes about how awful were the show and its commercials. There’s an Olympics fan lost.

The opening was PC overload....

The OLYMPICS is not about slavery and climate change.

I’d love to see Lithuania beat the US in men’s basketball.

That’s not gonna happen, unless they go “retro” for marketing purposes. They can afford uniforms, now.

That was still one of the coolest things I ever saw in The Olympics.

The Olympics have outlived their usefulness to the networks and can bankrupt the cities that host them.

There’s a movie out there named, “The Other Dream Team.” I haven’t seen it but it’s on my list. I need to buy a TV first.

I’d love to see Lithuania beat the US in men’s basketball.

I'll be following Lithuania closely, just to see Domantas Sabonis play. He will soon become a fan favorite in OKC.

I'm done with the Mavericks, the final blow being Cuban being so vociferous in his support of Hillary.

When they were non-pro athletes, they had an appeal. Now, many of the ‘regular sports’ venues have pro players who have made a career in the sport.

I caught a few minutes of the men’s basketball — Australia v France. Many of the players on both teams were from the MBA of the USA.

three reasons it is down

1. NBC
2. NBC
3. NBC

They talk too much, their camera angles stink, too many commercials, they talk too much.
