WASHINGTON (AP) -- Earth's fever got worse last year, breaking dozens of climate records, scientists said in a massive report nicknamed the annual physical for the planet.
Soon after 2015 ended, it was proclaimed the hottest on record . The new report shows the broad extent of other records and near-records on the planet's climatic health. Those include record heat energy absorbed by the oceans and lowest groundwater storage levels globally, according to Tuesday's report from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.

Want to watch their heads explode? Ask them how much money will it take to fix global warming and what happens if they are wrong with how to cool the planet and they cool it too much? What is their risk mitigation plan?

New hot and cold records are set every year.
We have a lot of hot and cold ones set a very long time ago, back into the late 1800s sometimes. Well before cars and modern oil production.
These people prove they cannot be in charge of anything affecting the rest of us.
Also they do not even know the benefits of a fever and letting it run its course. Their metaphor sucks ass too.
