Perris is in the Inland Empire, probably an hour and a half from LA, depending on traffic. Until recently it was an agricultural area, now it’s getting built out.
Very high population of illegals in the area.
San Betnardion has illegals too...and some others, as does Riverside...and even Hemey
Most of Southern California had waaaaay too many cartel types
