I’m a Marvel diehard from my youth, but the DCU movies have been pretty entertaining so far...except Green Lantern of course.
I thought Green Lantern was actually a pretty good movie and very well done. It had great effects and all the characters were straight from the comics. What wrecked it was their choice in villains.
I don’t care if Hal Jordan was a historical Green Lantern prodigy, you don’t send him to fight a universe ending villain when veteran Green Lanterns, some hundreds of years old, are beaten with ease.
Also, what exactly were they planning on doing for the other two movies?
