WTF? Have you been to Memphis lately? Bass Pro Shops opened up a million dollar facility downtown in the Pyramid and it is failing miserably because people that go there can't guarantee their safety. Downtown Memphis businesses have to have buzzers and bars on their doors for protection. Beale Street is safe but don't get away from there as the criminal element is just looking to mug, rob or rape unsuspecting visitors.
