Insulin triggers fat storage when too much carb/sugars hit the body all at once. That is its job, it saves you from dying of sugar overdose.

Normal people have a teaspoon of sugar in the gallon/gallon and a half of blood in their body.

One 12 ounce soda quickly puts 10 teaspoons of sugar into your body your liver and pancreas have to kick into overdrive to deal with so your blood,sugar doesn’t spike so high you go into a dibetic coma and die.

I looked it up.... I avoid all of those foods except oatmeal, noodles, and potatoes. Those are favorites of mine. I’ll have to think about it. Experiment a little. Because I’m pretty healthy on this current diet, but I do get a bit bloated during the day. I wake up with a nice little six pack, but it’s gone by noon. LOL...
