Don Cherry is adding his voice to the growing list of those offended by The Tenors’ controversial rendition of “O Canada,” saying the altered and politically charged lyrics embarrassed Canadians.
The “Hockey Night in Canada” personality took to his Twitter account Wednesday to post a scathing critique of the Canadian group’s on-field performance before Tuesday night’s Major League Baseball all-star game at San Diego’s Petco Park.

Cherry annoys lefties so much it is amusing to see them cringe.
Odd thing is this guy’s desecration of the anthem earned him the wrath of the race baiters and hustlers because of his ‘all lives matter’ line. No Mr. Tenor. Language fascists have stated that’s racist. Must be only ‘black lives matter.’
This is not the “media.” This is Don Cherry. He is a singular media personality.

Americans who are upset with the singer for changing a line make me laugh. The version that they sing at Montreal Canadiens’ games is a total separatist rewrite.

I used to love that one tenor who sang at the Canadiens games in the 90’s. I don’t understand a lick of French, but he was incredible.
I prefer the French Lyrics to “O Canada”....Though I suspect they won’t remain much longer because of obvious reasons.....
