I don’t think there are many people of any consequence anywhere near these mutants; that is why they have to go onto the interstates. America and the world are passing them by, and if they don’t disrupt “people that matter” than they’re basically extinct already.
They are late enough so the taxpayers that have fed, clothed, and housed them for multiple generations should be safely outside the quarantine zone. The only Anglos impacted will be those paid via the “poverty sector” of the economy: cops, emergency responders and such.
