Yes, this story has been debunked here several times. As it has been each year it’s been rumored.
We were told by our Fusion Center it was a hoax.
Here’s the thing, BLM could do this if they wanted to.
My personal opinion is, that it is according to where they are on their schedule. I would think that their creating havoc, dissension, and chaos would be timed for maximinim effect around the second week of October. By then, obama should have a realistic idea of whether Trump will win, or not. If Hillary is winning, he will probably let it die down on its own. If Trump is winning, he will declare Marital Law, and maybe Marshall law, who knows.
