I am not sure if it was a photoshopped. It was posted on the Free Republic. However, it is impossible to get a photo that reveals her true figure. They must scrub any that shows too much. Here is one in a dress that, with some imagination, reveals her plus size. My point is not her obese physic, but the efforts they are making to make her look good. The reason for the effort is is her role as an operative that drives a wedge within the Republican ranks. You will notice the distance from her wrist to her elbow is the diameter of her thigh:
